Dallas Independent School District or DISD has a student information system that makes it possible for both students and parents to access and view a lot of things, including grades, assignments, attendance, and many more from a network. Keep in mind that to log in to the platform, both students and parents have to get the login credentials from the administration staff of the school.
After getting the login credentials from the administration staff of the school, the students can follow these following steps to sign in to PowerSchool DISD:
- First of all, you will have to ask a teacher or a staff member at school to give you the PowerSchool URL for the school or school district. Apparently, each school district has its own designed PowerSchool URL or webpage. For this school district, it is https://www.dallasisd.org/Page/54965. Click the link and you will be taken to the new page.
- In the new page, find the link to sign in to your PowerSchool account and click it so that you will be taken to the PowerSchool page.
- When you are there, click Student Sign In button.
- To sign in as a student, you should enter your PowerSchool login credentials that consist of your username and password. For the username, you can enter your Student ID number. In case you have no idea about your PowerSchool login credentials, please reach out a teacher or a staff member. These things are made by school staff at when the school year starts.
If you are a parent, then you will have to follow these following instructions instead to log in to PowerSchool DISD:
- Firstly, you should contact the school where your child is currently studying to get the PowerSchool URL and login credentials for each of your children.
- After getting all of them, go to the same link provided before, https://www.dallasisd.org/Page/54965.
- Then, click the link for parents and you will be taken to PowerSchool page.
- As a parent, you can sign in to the platform by entering your username and password. Please enter two of them. In case you forget your username or password, there is a link under the Username and Password fields that you can click. You can just follow the steps to recover your username and or password to get them back.
- You will also have to choose the language before entering these two.
- Do not forget to hit the Parent Sign In button after that.
- Just like that you will be signed in to PowerSchool DISD.
