From the information above, it can be concluded that events for May 2022, August 2022, and November 2022 have been closed. For those who want to register for CFA Level 1, there are two options to choose from. The first one is the February 2023 event. The registration window of this event opened on May 10, 2022 and will be closed on November 8, 2022. The early registration deadline was on August 9, 2022 but the scheduling last date is on November 16, 2022. The second one is the event for May 2023. The registration window for this one opened on August 9, 2022 and will be closed on January 31, 2023. As for the early registration deadline, it will be on November 2, 2022 and the scheduling last date will be on February 15, 2023.
Before registering for CFA Level 1, you should know the CFA Level 1 eligibility criteria 2022. Everything can be found on its official website. As a candidate, you should meet one of the following eligibility requirements before filling out the CFA Level 1 application form:
- Bachelor’s Degree: Every candidate should complete Bachelor’s or equivalent program and have a degree from a recognized university or college
- Work experience: Every candidate should have a combination of 4000 hours of work experience and or higher education that is required of a minimum of 4 years
If you meet one of the requirements above, you can register for CFA Level 1 by following the following instructions:
- The first thing that you should do is to go to the official website of CFA Institute.
- When you are there, you will have to click on the link “Programs. This one is shown on the menu bar of the homepage.
- After clicking on it, choose the option Register given under the drop-down menu.
- By doing so, you will be taken to the register page. On this page, you have to scroll down and click on the Enroll and Register link to proceed further for the CFA Level 1 registration 2022 session.
- The next thing that you need to do is to enter the email address to log in.
- Once you have successfully logged in, choose the option CFA Level 1 to proceed for filling the application form. There are a few things that you have to fill out while submitting the form, such as address details, preferred exam centres for CFA Level 1, passport number, and employment status.
- Make sure to check all the policies mentioned on the official website of CFA Institute before final submission.
- Then, check the box of the statement of understanding.
- After filling the application form, it is time for you to make the registration payment according to the CFA Level 1 fee guidelines.
Talking about the registration fee, keep in mind that it varies depending as per deadlines of registration. It is a must for every candidate like you to submit the one time enrollment fee of $459 while registering for the CFA course. If you register within the early registration deadline, you will have to pay $700. However, if you fill the application form after the early registration deadline but before the last date, you will have to pay a standard registration fee of $1000. Check out the details below:

What will happen after CFA Level 1 registration? After the registration period is over, the Chartered Financial Analyst Institute will release the CFA Level 1 admission ticket in online mode. It will be available on the official website. In order to get it, you will have to log in to your account. Make sure to check important terms and conditions and accept them before downloading the ticket. By doing so, the CFA Level 1 admission ticket will be available on the screen. Please save the ticket and do not forget to take a printout for the exam. In case you are unable to download the admit card from the website, you can request for a fax copy of the hall ticket from the institute.
