UTSA Tuition Deadline Fall 2021

According to the official website of the University of Texas at San Antonio (UTSA), here is the information about 2021 Fall payment deadlines.

  • Regular 16-week Term – August 23 – December 10, 2021
    • All students who are registered by Tuesday, August 17, 2021, there will be a $100.00 late fee which is charged to students registered and who have not paid or made payment arrangements by 5 pm.
    • All students who are registered by Wednesday, September 1, 2021, there will be a $100.00 late fee which is charged to students who are registered and who have not paid or made payment arrangements by 5 pm.
    • All students who are registered by Wednesday, September 8, 2021 (census), students who remain unpaid by 5 pm, they will be removed from their classes.

Note that Sunday, August 22nd, was the last day to withdraw from the regular 16-week term and receive a 100% refund of tuition and fees.

  • First 8-week Term (B5) – August 23 – October 15, 2021
    • All students who are registered by Tuesday, August 17, 2021, there will be a $100.00 late fee which is charged to students and who have not paid or made payment arrangements by 5 pm.
    • All students who are registered by Monday, August 30, 2021, students who remain unpaid by 5 pm, they will be removed from their classes and they will be charged a $100.00 late fee.

On Sunday August 22nd was the last day to withdraw from the first 8-week term and receive a 100% refund of tuition and fees.

  • Second 8-week Term (B6) – October 18 – December 10, 2021
    • All students who are registered by Tuesday, October 12, 2021, there will be a $100.00 late fee which is charged to students registered and who have not paid or made payment arrangements by 5 pm.
    • All students who are registered by Monday, October 25, 2021 (Census), students who remain unpaid by 5 pm, they will be removed from their classes and charged a $100.00 late fee.

It is important for you to note that on Friday, October 15th is the last day to withdraw from the second 8-week term and get a 100% refund of tuition and fees.

On the website of UTSA, it is explained that for all students including undergraduate and graduate who do not make payment, or payment arrangements by the dates which are listed for each term, they will be charged a $100 registration late payment fee. Multiple registration late payment fees may be implemented.

If the students do not make payment or payment arrangements by the final due date, they may lose their registration.
