University of Oaks

According to the official website of University of Texas at San Antonio, University Oaks is owned and operated by a private third-party company called Campus Living Villages or CLV. This company is separate legal entity from UTSA. Basically, CLV is known as a UTSA tenant under certain land leases. Guadalupe Hall

Downtown Housing
