UTSA One Stop – Schedule an appointment
Due to peak season, they have already suspended virtual appointments until the Fall semester. However, you are still able to schedule an in person appointment through their QLESS system. As usual, they are still available by phone, chat and email.
Here is a way to make an appointment:
Select time
Firstly, you have to select a service and date to see available times.
Add your details
Then, you need to add your details:
- Please enter your name.
- After that, enter your email.
- Then, enter your address (For optional).
- Lastly, you have to enter your phone number.
Provide additional information
- Please submit your myUTSA ID (formatted abc123)
- After that, you have to select what office your questions most pertain to: Admission, Registrar or Financial Aid.
- Please explain the reason for scheduling this appointment.
The last step, you only need to click at the Book button.
UTSA Terms and Conditions for usage of One Stop Appointment
Under the FERPA (Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act), a student at an institution of higher education will be able to control outside access to their education records. But, FERPA (Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act) allows UTSA (University of Texas at San Antonio) to expose directory information that is appropriately designated to third parties outside of UTSA unless the student has requested otherwise. If you select to use the online scheduling tool, you understand that some of this directory information as well as any other information you provide while scheduling is needed to be shared with third party service providers. Further, you fully understand the rights to withhold your education records afforded to me under FERPA.
By using the online scheduling tool, you agree and acknowledge that UTSA is able to expose your directory information and any other information given during scheduling to the third party service providers for the purpose of scheduling. You hereby release UTSA, its governing board (The University of Texas System Board of Regents), employees officers, and representatives, in their individual and official capacities, from all liability arising out of or related to the online scheduling tool and disclosure of your information to the third party service providers.

If you are a current student and have any questions about what classes you have to take or your degree requirements, please contact your academic advisor. You are able to see who your assigned advisor is under ASAP’s Student Services tab.
For Billing & Fiscal Services
If you have tuition and fees billing questions, you have to contact Fiscal Services. You are able to check your tuition and fees bill through ASAP by clicking under the Fiscal Services tab and then clicking RowdyPay.
