The Address of Main Campus of UTSA

In the main campus, it serves more than 85% of UTSA’s students. In this campus, you are able to find the College of Education and Human Development, College of Business, College of Engineering, Honors College, College of Sciences, College of Liberal and Fine Arts, University College and The UTSA Graduate School. The width of this campus is 600+ acres and it is surrounded by a thriving Medical Center, Valero, USAA, Fiesta Texas and anchor retail facilities such as The Shops at La Cantera and The Rim.

How about parking information of this campus? You are able to get visitor parking information by stopping at either of the Information Booths conveniently which is located on Peace Blvd (north) and Ximenes Ave (south). If you want to see the exact locations, you can see on the campus map. It is important for you to note that the Information Booths are open on Monday to Thursday from 7:30 am to 6:30 pm. On Friday, it is open from 7:30 am to 4:30 pm.

It is important for you to know that short term surface spaces are available without any charge. Note that all other spaces on the UTSA campuses need a UTSA parking permit.

UTSA Downtown Campus

Where is the location of the Downtown Campus? You can find it between San Antonio’s historic West Side neighborhood and the downtown core in close proximity to some cultural, historic and commercial venues. In this campus, there are College of Architecture, the College for Health, Construction and Planning, Community, and Policy and the College of Education and Human Development. The Urban Education Institute is also based at this campus.

In this campus, visitor parking is available in short term parking spaces. It is important for you to note that all short term spaces are Pay by Space. Spaces can be found in these locations at the Downtown Campus.

UTSA Hemisfair Campus

The Hemisfair Campus is UTSA’s second downtown location. It is able to be found east of the Downtown Campus. In this campus, there are the Institute of Texan Cultures where historical exhibits, cultural programs and live performances are offered year-round. The institute promotes an understanding and appreciation of the rich diversity of Texas and Texans through its collections, research, outreach and exhibits.

It has limited complimentary parking available. The main guest lot is in front of the building which can be accessed via Cesar E. Chavez Blvd., the similar entrance as the Tower of the Americas. The lot entrance of the institute is before the guard station to the city lot. The tags of UTSA parking are usually honored on the premises. The staff lot is A and B parking. There are exceptions which include special events like festivals and UTSA football season.

How about bus parking in this campus area? There is complimentary parking for bus tours visiting the Institute of Texan Cultures. For school groups which need additional vehicle parking, they are encouraged to use the front visitor lot. UTSA Park West Campus

The Park West Campus has 125 acre and it sits less than two miles from Main Campus. This campus is home to a soccer field and a track-and-field stadium. Roadrunner student-athletes are also served here. Besides, it is made as a host site for a lot of community sporting events.
