UTSA is able to receive electronic high school transcripts via TREx. Electronic college transcripts are able to be sent through SPEEDE, Parchment, or E-Script. Official PDF transcripts have to be sent from the institution directly to UTSA. Also, Official high school transcripts are able to be requested by your high school counselor and through Naviance. Transcript Ordering Instructions

Need to know, printed hard copy transcripts, electronic transcripts, and Fed Ex delivery service are available online through Parchment/Credential Solutions, Inc.

If you are able to CAS authenticate you will be able to avoid completing the Signature Authorization form:

  • Choose the Student Services tab
  • Choose the Student Records link

For your information, Federal Express delivery is only available when placing an online order. Also, E-Transcript and First Class mail delivery is available.
