GUSD (Glendale Unified School District) is a school district based in Glendale, California, United States in Greater Los Angeles. The GUSD (Glendale Unified School District) serves the city of Glendale. The district consists of five High Schools, four Middle Schools, 20 Elementary Schools, and two facilities for Homeschoolers and special needs students.

Based on the research, in the 2008–2009 school year, the district served 26,809 students and expects enrollment to decline 1–2% in each of the next three years. Since 2002, it was the third largest district in Los Angeles County and among the thirty largest in the State of California. Also, it is the 157th largest in the nation. In 2009s the GUSD (Glendale Unified School District) had 2,620 employees, of which about half are classroom teachers. Beginning in the 2016–2017 school year, GUSD started commemorating the Armenian Genocide officially, having April 24 off as a holiday.

Same with other school, GUSD (Glendale Unified School District) also has a Student Portal where the students are able to view their attendance, assignments, grades, and other information related to the school. Now, let us talk about Student Portal GUSD.


On the Student Connection portal, the student are able to enjoy viewing their information and learn from it. If you have any questions regarding grades or assignments, please contact your teacher. To login Student Connection, you have to enter your ID. After that, you have to enter your password. Make sure that you enter your ID and password correctly so that you will be able to login successfully. Lastly, you only need to click at Log In button.

In other case, if you forget your password, so you are able to click at “Forget your password” link. By clicking that link, you are going to bring to the page where you are able to solve your problem. After click at “Forget your password” link, you are going to asked to enter your email address. Please enter your email address correctly. Your Password is going to be emailed to you. If you are still having problems logging in, please contact your school for additional assistance. For note: Information sent through email is not protected from interception by other parties. It is recommended that, after you login successfully, you should click on the ‘Account’ link and change your account password.

Besides Student Connection application, there is also Parent Connection application or also known as Parent Connection Portal. If you are a parent, you are able to enjoy viewing your student(s) information. Of course, you are free to communicate with teachers and staff through the email links throughout this application. If you need your login information, click this link; On the Parent Connection Portal, you are able to update student, parent/guardian and emergency contact phone and email address at any time by clicking on the ‘My Information’ and click ‘Contact Update’ link at the top of the page, after you log in with your ID and password.
