When you become a student of Navitas, you will have Student account that you will use to access anything related to your academic matters such as checking your grades, getting financial aid, seeing schedules and more.
To be able to access Student Portal, you are able to go to https://my.navitas-professional.edu.au. In this student portal, you have to login by clicking on orange Login button. In the login page, you have to enter your username and password and then hit the Login button. Sometimes, there are people who forget the password. If it also happens to you, you do not need to be panic. When you forget your password, you just need to click on “I forgot my password” link. After clicking on that, you will be brought to a page where you are able to reset your password. You will enter your username or email address and you are able to choose to verify either by email or SMS.

To know the schedules of maintenance, you are able to click on Maintenance and Downtime that you can find under orange Login button. Then, there will be a pop up window that shows the schedules of maintenance consisting of the date and also the time.
