Kent State Flashline help desk is the one tool that organizes the communication of the students to help businesses respond to students more quickly and effectively. In Kent State University, the term helpdesk is known as helpdesk tech support.
This one is available 24 hours a day and 7 days a week to all students of Kent State university, on all campuses. Feel free to dial the number 330-672-HELP (4357) anytime you want. For the safety purpose, Kent State University will never ask you to validate your email account or ask for your password via email.

Talking about the service, Kent State University provides Kent campus support. The first one is TechHelp: Service and Repair Center, which is located in the Tri-Tower Rotunda. This one provides in-person support for personal computers, laptops, and mobile devices, including:
- Data recovery
- iPad service
- virus and spyware removal
- hardware repair, installation, and part ordering
- software and operating system troubleshooting
- network, wireless, and login support
- apple and Dell authorized warranty service
- authorized Safeware repair service
Most of them are performed on-site within a short time. If you do not have to make an appointment first to visit it.
The second one is TechHelp: Tech2You. This one is the service for the mobile app that provides technology support of all residence halls. Each expert is able to troubleshoots for cable TV and wireless issues, as well as providing the other basic technical support.
The third one is TechHelp: Library Technology Help Desk. This one provides walk-up assistance for those with basic technology problems. It can be found on the first floor in the alcove to the right of Starbucks.
