To delete your CodeHS account, you may need to request deletion of your own Personal Information by sending an email to Code HS Support at email@example.com. If you only want to deactivate your CodeHS account, you can do it at any time via the Account Settings page.

If you request a deletion of your CodeHS account, you will no longer use the services. CodeHS Support will store your personal information including after the school term where a teacher or student uses the Services, for only as long as is necessary to fulfill the purposes for which the information was gathered. In general, CodeHS will remove your personal information 4 years after the user’s last login to the Services.
