Getting Money Back from Course Hero (Refund Guide)

After using Course Hero for quite some time, you might think that the help provided by the tutors are not helping or not satisfying. If you want to get a refund, you will need to know if you qualify for it. Here is the complete step how to do that:

1. The first thing that you have to do is to go to the official website of Course Hero at https://www.coursehero.com/.
2. When you are on its front page, scroll down until you find the Contact Us button at the bottom and click it.
3. By doing so, you will be presented with a pop up page entitled Contact Customer Support. On this page, select a category and an issue.
4. Then, write down the description or the message that you want the customer support to know.
5. Next, enter your contact information, including your first and last name and the email that you registered before.
6. Apart from that, you also have to enter some additional information, such as your phone number, the last 4 digits of your credit card, the confirmation number, and the name on your credit card.

2. After opening the Google Play Store, it is time for you to log in to your Google account that you used to purchase the subscription.
3. In the next step, tap your Profile corner located in the top right corner of the page.
4. By doing so, a menu will open. Upon seeing the menu, go to Payments and subscriptions.
5. Then, go to Subscriptions.
6. From the list of subscriptions that open, please choose Course Hero and then make it open.
7. Next, tap the Cancel Subscription button.

If after canceling the subscription and requesting for a refund and getting a notification that you would receive a refund but you still see another charge for the same timeframe, you can click Submit an Email and enter some information such as your PayPal email address (if PayPal was used), information about credit or debit card (if it is used), amount charged, and date of change.
